Imported Artisan Pasta
In the mountainous region of Umbria, Italy, we discovered the best pasta we've ever tasted. This pasta is artisan-crafted on a 150 year old vertically integrated family farm where they grow and process the wheat and then make the pasta. Bronze die-cut, this pasta is dried very slowly resulting in a rough finish that holds your favorite olive oil or sauce beautifully. Choose from Torcetti, Fusilli, Linguini, Penne Rigate, Rigatoni, Rocchetti or Linguini Fini with Egg.

Canned Tomatoes

Mango Coconut Pepper Sauce
We searched the tropics to find the perfect combination of sweet and spicy and finally found it in Costa Rica. The flavors of mango, coconut and habanero peppers are combined to create an all-purpose condiment.
Serving Suggestions
Enjoy as a marinade on grilled chicken, pork or fish as a marinade. Our Mango Coconut Pepper Sauce is also a great dipping sauce for spring rolls and shrimp, or even for any of our ready-to-bake seafood selections, such as Coconut Breaded or Almond Crusted Salmon.

Whole Wheat Fettuccini
After many requests, we’ve finally extended our Whole Wheat Pasta collection to include Fettuccini. Made with Italian whole wheat, this pasta has the whole grain goodness without the grainy texture. Our authentic pastas are made in Southern Italy with care, old-world tradition and 100% whole durum wheat for its superior nutritional values. The quality of the rich, nutty flavor is much like your favorite whole grain bread.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve with traditional pasta sauce, Alfredo sauce or with shrimp and a garlic butter sauce for shrimp scampi.

Armenian Apricot Jam
All ingredients of this jam are grown in the fertile ground of the Arrant Valley in Armenia, a nutrient-rich, pesticide-free and well nourished environment. Made in small batches with sun ripened fruits, this product is minimally processed and has no additives or artificial coloring.
Serving Suggestions:
Make a ham glaze by mixing with brown sugar and melted butter to desired consistency. Or, pair with aged hard cheeses, such as Parmesan Reggiano, for a great appetizer.

We start with Grade AA butter and blend with fresh spices and seasonings to create a restaurant-quality product. Available in Chipotle Lime, Basil Walnut Pesto, Roasted Garlic & Herb and Lemon Dill.
Serving Suggestions:
Toss with pasta, serve over seafood, melt over grilled steaks or spread onto your favorite bread. Our Finishing Butters are a great choice for sautéing asparagus to add a bit more flavor to the mix!

Spice Rubs
A necessity in any kitchen, our spice rubs are a simple, quick way to add flavor to any entrée. Lock in the flavor and juiciness of your roasted meats with a crispy crust of our TFM Spice Rubs. Choose from All-Purpose, Poultry, Blackened Pork, Anything Goes, Lemon Seafood Dill or Turkey.
Serving Suggestions:
Use as a dry rub before roasting, baking or grilling by adding 1 tablespoon per pound of meat. For a stronger flavor, try as a paste by adding 1 tablespoon olive oil for every 1 tablespoon of seasoning and brushing on just before cooking.

Honey Jellies
These delightful jellies are hand-packed in small batches and feature the naturally sweet flavor of honey combined with the smooth texture of jelly. Available in Orange Blossom, made from the very aromatic and flavorful honey produced by the bees working the blossoms in the orange groves of Florida, California, and South America, Pecan which marries clover honey with Georgia pecans, brown sugar, and a buttered-pecan flavor and Rosemary Balsamic, inspired by English rosemary jelly but with honey and balsamic vinegar instead of sugar and cider vinegar.
Serving Suggestions
